I just bought this product and recieved it a few days ago. So far I do like the product it has a nice pick me up feel. During the winter I tend to be less active so needed a little bit of a boost. I went to the health store and bought the Irwin Naturals multi vitamin for men and the oolong machta tea pills. I really enjoyed the response from them. Previously I was taking Puritan's Pride megamen vitapaks. After a few monthes of those I started to feel rather sick to my stomach every morning. So I decided that I wanted a multivitamin but not a hard capsule so made the switch to liquid gels. The response is that I no long feel sick to my stomach. I then decided to buy the system six. The price point was a major factor many times you get these companies wanting 80-150 dollars for 30-60 pills. Then they want you to take 3-6 a day. So you are not even getting a full month's worth of pills.
Now I've been reading a lot of reviews and some have been rather negative so I figured I would take this opportunity to give my opinion. 1. You must wait 1-3 weeks between diet supplements. Many people take them like candy and jump from one to the other. It takes awhile for some of the product to build in your system and then again to leave your system. 2. Weightlifters and gym enthusiasts who consume energy drinks, protein shakes, and others may not feel an extra stimulant in your body. If you are consuming a multitude of stimulants you wont feel 1-2 more. Take a break from them give your body an opportunity to flush them out then try system six. Also the oolong tea pill from Irwin Naturals is a body flusher as well. Try them before system six flush out the old before you bring in the new.
I recommend anyone trying a new diet program give up the old pills, start drinking a lot more water and grapefruit juice and stop drinking energy drinks. If you read the directions many are not good for you. If you want something that is good for your body and helps your diet start drinking tea avoid the sugar and go with agave nectar or honey. These are just my opinions and I'm not a health professional or a diet expert. Give system six a try.

These are great vitamins and have been using them for some time however, I won't buy them from Amazon again due to the poor packaging of the vitamin bottles. The bottles are glass and they broke. The first time they were replaced, thanks to the great customer service at Amazon. The second shipment arrived and these were also broken during shipment. Amazon again made good and refunded the money. Hopefully they'll figure out they need to use more bubble wrap.....or something!

There is no magic muscle pill!!! I am sick of reading reviews where guys took this or other products and expected to look like Arnold S. in 2-3 months. Look, hands down, this product works! I have been taking it for over a month now at one third the rec day dose. I am more motavaited with an overall improved attatude. This probuct gives me that extra energy I need to start my day without caffeen or the jitters and sick feeling some of us get from ephadrine and some of the other things in most products like this one. I highly recomend using this supplament to anybody looking for the results that Ripped Man claims.
Caution, be carefull going to the gym within 2-3 hrs of consuming this product. It is a thermigenic and may cause you to flush and have some light headeadness as well as the increased risk for dehydration druing a serious work out session.

The only results your going to get while taking this suppliment is through your own hard work in gym...not from what the suppliment claims to do.

I have used this product for a while now and it increases your metabolism and actually does what it says on the bottle. It doesnt give the shakes and sickness that others do! Try this one out!
