I have been using this product for a year now, and it works! It provides the benefits of curbing your appetite as well as helping with those unsuspecting mood swings due to post menopausal symptoms.(hot flashes, mood swings, irritability). I will definitely keep purchasing Zalestra. And the best part is that it is natural and less harmful than those prescribed medications from a physician that are synthetic in nature.

This is the best pill I've ever tried and I've tried about three others for hot flashes. Its not so much help with weight loss, but my hot flashes seemed to disappear after taking it 3 weeks. Its worth the money to me rather than taking hormone replacement . I wouldn't be with out it.

i do feel that since i have been taking zalestra that my hot flashes are minimizing. However, my real reason for purchashing this product..weight loss shows no evidence. I work out at least 2 hours at the gym and now have added walking to my regime. The only thing I am doing now is maintaing.
I have always kept in shape and will continue, but I am 5'6"" and weight now 137.
The reviews that I read drew me to this product as they shared the weight loss happened!!!!!!!!!!!!

This product did not work for me. I took two tablets every day for 30 days and Zalestra did not help with any of my pre-menopausal symptoms.
It also gave me bloating and stomach cramps.

Hot flashes and night sweats were gone in a week. Haven't really lost any weight but didn't expect to. In order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in. This product is beginning to restore my energy levels. If it continues, I believe I will lose weight because I will have the energy to workout again which, is the key to any weight loss program. I could have easily given this product a 5 star but gave it 4 because of the price.If taken as directed, It won't last the entire month. It's 90 tablets and the directions suggest you take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. I only take 1 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon and get great results.
